Ride & Stride - 2018. Annual sponsored bike ride/ horse ride/ walk organised by Friends of Kent Churches.  Please join in and enjoy a day out with family and friends, travelling by non-motorised transport between churches. Half the money you raise (from sponsors or donation) goes to a church designated by you and the remainder goes to Friends of Kent Churches to help maintain churches in Kent.  It’s a worthy cause.  Ride and Stride raised over £130,000 last year alone and this money is being used to help preserve our ancient churches. Over the past few years Brabourne alone has received £15K from FKC to help fund repairs to the church.  For further details of Ride & Stride kindly check notice boards in your church for details of your local organiser, or alternatively, see the FKC website -  http://friendsofkentchurches.co.uk/ride-and-stride/ from which you can download details of churches that are open and sponsorship forms.  It really is a great day out.

Refreshments available all day at Brabourne and at Smeeth Oak Room
